Our Tented Planning service includes everything that full-service does, but takes it to the next level. Private homes are not built to be wedding venues, and our expertise bridges that gap. We know the top tent companies, caterers, florists, restroom trailers, lighting designers, draping companies, buses, valet, and more, to make a tented wedding at your home feel seamless.

Different from our other packages, this package also includes the element of production. Tented weddings require multiple site visits to the home, scaled property blueprints, electrical needs, AC/heating capabilities, leveled flooring, inclement weather plans, and mapping our transportation logistics which is another level of complexity beyond planning a wedding at a pre-established venue.

We are here to guide you through all the logistics, while (literally) building a day that is designed to perfectly reflect you.

Providing floor plan options to select from
Booking all vendors for the wedding day
Managing all vendor correspondence
Guidance on logistics that come along with home weddings (electricity, restrooms, weather, lighting, landscaping, staking, power lines, etc)

02. Wedding Design

Analyzing all inspiration images
Finding trends in patterns, colors, & textures in the inspiration images
Designing a 6+ page visual deck of the wedding day for you to approve
Ensuring the tent, draping, lighting and flooring are cohesive and installed correctly
Curating custom menus with caterers
Selecting rentals & florals with you
Recommending stationery collections & websites
Sending you physical invitation samples
Sending you physical attire swatches
Souring & ordering all day-of supplies
Using industry terminology to communicate the vision effectively to vendors

03. Wedding COORDINATION

Leading the final walkthrough at the home
Leading final vendor meetings
Finalizing all timelines, floor plans, design decks, contact lists for vendors
Preparing documents for the inclement rain plan
