01. The Process

Wedding planning can get pretty complicated, which is why you need an experienced expert to take care of all the details. We have created a process that creates a seamless (and simple) experience for our clients so they can enjoy their engagement with their loved ones. With our wedding coordination package, the bride plans the wedding, and the coordinator finalizes all details to make sure that the wedding is how you envision it.

02. The Planner

Our wedding coordinator, Jenn, has a background in corporate events, but found that she had a great passion for wedding planning after planning her own wedding in Italy. Jenn is exceptional at keeping track of all the logistics and details, so you don't have to worry about a thing. One of the main skills of a coordinator is picking up where the client left off planning, and she is a pro at this. She is a wonderful planner, and only has five-star reviews!


03. What Makes Us Different

There are a variety of wedding planners on the market, so why should you select us? We offer a variety of benefits to our clients that other planners typically don't offer. 

First, we have a full team of planners. Many companies are a one-woman show, but we are a four-women show! We brainstorm and collaborate behind the scenes, because we believe that two minds are better than one (or in our case, four)!

Second, we are all trained planners. We didn't wake up one day and decide that we just want to plan weddings, Madison ensured that each team member completes a certification through the Planner Life Academy, including Jenn. We believe the knowledge builds intuition on a wedding day.

04. The Package

With our wedding coordination package, this begins eight weeks prior to your wedding date. You book all the vendors, and then we make it happen on the wedding day. Many couples think that we just show up on the day-of, but we are working hard behind the scenes weeks prior making sure all the vendors are on the same page as the client.
